1 General Provisions

tk 222 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting and live gaming services to users in Bangladesh. To use this platform, users must be of legal age and accept these services entirely at their own responsibility.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on tk 222 is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks). Deposited funds will be added to the account after verification.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit or to a verified account. Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

3.3 Anti-Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Any fraudulent activity, money laundering or misuse of the system is strictly prohibited. In cases of suspicious transactions, tk 222 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation. If an irregularity is proven during the investigation, the relevant account will be permanently closed.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳2,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.

4.2 Other Promotions

Various promotional offers are provided from time to time, including a weekly reload bonus, special Friday offers and slot-specific prizes. Each promotion has its own terms, which include specific wagering requirements and validity periods.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the relevant wagering requirement must be met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
• If a bonus is misused or an attempt is made to claim a bonus through multiple accounts, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled.
• tk 222 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• In disputes related to bonuses or promotions, tk 222's decision is final.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is accepted abnormally due to a technical error, tk 222 reserves the right to cancel it. Bets will not be accepted if the account does not have a sufficient balance.

5.2 Quotas and Odds

In sports betting, odds may change across each market. The outcome of a bet will be determined at the odds that were in effect at the time the bet was confirmed. Changes to odds after confirmation will not affect previously confirmed bets.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is interrupted due to server problems, internet disruption or any other technical reason, tk 222 will generally attempt to resolve the issue; however, tk 222 is not liable for losses arising from such situations.

5.4 Suspicious Activity

If a user attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities to gain abnormal winnings, is involved in match fixing or coordinated betting, or engages in any other dishonest practice — the relevant bets and winnings will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

6 VIP Program

tk 222's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each level — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 0.8% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week.

Moving up or down VIP levels is entirely at tk 222's discretion. VIP benefits are personal and cannot be transferred or sold to others. tk 222 may change the structure of the VIP program at any time.

7 Personal Data and Privacy

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn through a verified method before the account is closed; however, any active bonus or unmet wagering requirement will be cancelled.

9.2 At tk 222's Initiative

tk 222 may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Serious or repeated violations of the Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Providing false identity or age information.
• Suspicion of involvement in money laundering or illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.

Whether a balance is returned upon account closure depends on the nature and severity of the violation.

11 Limitation of Liability

In any situation, tk 222's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction made by the user.

13 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it amicably.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect. The Bengali version of these Terms will be considered authoritative.
